Mini Message not displayed on WebSoftphone

Hi
We have a customer who has been upgraded to OXE R10. and ICS R6.2. Since upgrade any "mini message" programmed on a UA set does not appear on the WebSoftphone. The called UA (with the message set) rings, and there is no message displayed on the WbS on PC.
Anyone have the same issue?
