instant communicator on android mobile

Alcatel oxe rel 8.0.
I want to implement instant communicator over Android mobile.what are the hardware and software license required for this?

pls. help me on urgent basis.

Erm...contact your Business Partner representatives.
You need ICS and Mobile licenses...and specific hardware
