Teamwork x OXE call does not work

HI,

I have two problems:

1. Following the documentation, we have to create a External Voice Mail and register it on Teamwork as the outgoing user.
When i do this, OXE does not allow external calls, only calls to users inside OXE. So, if in the conference i need to call a public number, for example, it does not work. I receive NOT ACCEPTABLE HERE.In this same configuration, when i use an SIP EXTENSION as the user mentioned above, it does make the external calls, so i think that is no CODEC problem. The number (DAS RULES) is arriving on OXE perfectly, with the ARS prefix + external number.

2. When using this SIP EXTENSION as the outgoing user, the external call works, but it does not "close" the conference.
If I'm connected (logged) on teamwork and set my number as a local extension, when i call a external number, the following occurs:
a. Teamwork calls my extension; OK
b. I answer the call; OK
c. Teamworks dials the external number (and I'm listening to OXE MOH); OK
d. When external number answers the phone, both sides (me as internal user and the person in the external number) keep listening to OXE MOH;
e. After some seconds, call is released on both sides;

If I'm logged on and set my actual number as an external one, and try to call an Internal OR External number, following occurs:
a. Teamwork calls my actual number (external); OK
b. I answer the call; OK
c. Teamworks dials the other number (internal or external);
Here I receive (INTERNAL NUMBER):

d. And in the first call (my actual number), i hear the busy tone, than the TTS telling me that i'm the only one in the conference, and keeps playing, this time, TEAMWORK MOH. The other party never receives a ring.

Anyone can help?

Thanks

SIP (Teamwork): 31
Outgoing (R2 or SIP if mobile): 0 or 31

They have Connection between them.

And does 31 has priviledges to dial out?

Yes. I put the right to ARS too.

I managed the user permissions and was able to call now, the two stations (internal/external), using External Voice Mail account, but now i have no voice, call stays mute.
SIP shows me no error.

No voice means RTP problems. Check your firewall.

Well, i'll double check, but it's strange.

I'm on an analog phone (as internal number) and external number is called by a TG in the same media gateway. It means that both sets are managed by the same GD board, isn't it?

Try to maintain the conversation more more than a minute, does it keeps on or is released?
If released check codecs
