Hi !

With a 4645 voicemail, there is not much to do.
If you have the license (lock 314), all you have to do is go under the 4645 class of service, and change the IMAP ACCESS feature from NO to YES. That's it !

Thanks Frank,
How about the settings on the PC. Do you reckon IMAP is a good solution to propose to a client that is very particular in storage of recorded messages. I got an hunting group and the client want all calls to the hunting group recorded.

If you want to record all calls with logs, you have to use an external solution, like NICE.

If you want your users to be able to get their voicemail using a client like Mozilla Thunderbird, then you use IMAP.
When your user pushes the RECORD button, the call will be recorded too, but he has to do it manually, vs NICE (http://www.nice.com) will record everything.
