Single IMAP for Multiple Voicemail lines

Please let me know if it is possible to have a single IMAP account for multiple voicemail lines.
I have a call center of 20 lines and would like the operatives to be able to access the voice mail from all these lines from a single imap account.

Is this possible?

create a ghost extension, create a voice mail for it, enable imap account for it, configure IMAP client on agents Pc's and as it is IMAP as long as they don't delete the email from server all will work ok.

Sorry to be a nitwit here, but how do you connect the voice mail of the ghost extension to the other lines?

Forward those extensions under no answer event...if you don't know how to do it read the documentation or search around here
