4635 IMAP, not updating Inbox

in patch 12 for 8.0 there is a fix

4635 Outcall notification does not sent mailbox caller ID

maybe my problem is depanding on this.tonight i will go to customer side and patch 12

i tried to connect VM from my pc, i will try from pbx.

i wonder it is necessary to upgrade VM 4635 from 5.3.0 to last release ?

you are right, i can connect and check the VM from pbx .there is no problem.

after patching pbx to 12 , our outlook refreshing problem is solved.

i recommend to patch the system to last one.
