MIC doesn't synchronize the Outlook Contacs

Hi at all,

i'm new here on this board. And i heard you have really good know-how.

My Problem is, that we have some users with Office 2010 x64 and there is the Problem that in the searchbar doesn't find the privat contacs from
Outlook. That is not for all, there are only 6 users with this issue. All other with the same configuration [office 2010 x64] is it working fine.

have some one an idea what could be?
