My IC can't login (Windows 7 Enterprise)

Post by phdezv »

Hi all,

I've installed MyIC 2.7.022.000 on a PC with Windows 7 Enterprise, in a company LAN environment. I did the same in a Windows XP and everything works OK.
In the PC with Windows 7, the installation wizard asks me for a "Reverse proxy" which it never asked me in Windows XP (see attached screenshots). No matter if I write the proxy engine as we use it on internet explorer (http://proxy.company.es:1080/files/proxy.pac) or I leave it blank (both PCs are behind the same proxy/firewall), it continue installing and finish OK.

In the execution, in Windows XP it has silently logon and works fine, but in Windows 7 it asks me all the time for my credentials, saying they are wrong (see attached screenshot). Nevertheless -in the PC with Windows 7- I can access via web to UC server through Websoftphone, and it silently logon and works fine. So I think it's something wrong with the client.

Any comments and support is welcome.

Regards, Pedro

If you work only on lan or via VPN
Use this valus for rp : ip of ics. Or of opentouch

The window of authent is for accessing a real reverse proxy with authent based on
