When a user initiates a call from the MIC call box, then uses the 'soft' DTMF pad to input tones, the system is sending two-DTMF digits for each key-press.

1. Check CSTA traces(tsa_manager) Is the softphone actually sending the DTMF command twice?
2. Or is the PBX who is sending it? If PBX check release

It could be the problem that it is sent inband and via message. Have you checked it on SIP trunk and in RTP stream? Maybe its twice generated by the destination due to redundant infos. Usually the GD should cut it out of the stream in OXE or not?

We just updated a 103-node OXE from R9.1 to R10.1.1 j2.603 Patch i
I haven't run traces yet, but presumed it is CSTA-related.

Problem is also present for GCE IW users.

Side note, the update went very well, the only other issue was Bluetooth enabled defaulted to OFF (8&9 Series Phone COS), this affected about 150 users. After reseting the terminal, the MAC of the BT handset was retained, and initialized right away.
