Good Afternoon All

i have a number of OCTV devices working on IPHONE 6, OXO RCS release 10 ok

i purchased a motorola EEXT1021 with android 4.4.4

when i go onto google play to download the app it says my device is not compatable.

i was informed that it was the android version was the compatability issue as apposed to the ANDROID set ?

the white list on the web site is not really up to date, im getting conflicting stories of what Android device is compatable and what is not ? see attached document.


any help, thank you in advices ?

Weird, I have tried on many Android sets and never had an issue, performance only was the main variable.
You sure nothing else about that phone? Root maybe?
