4980 makes PC go slower

We have an environment with several customers in 4980, all goes well escepting one. When I start the PC that works fast, but when I start 4980 the entire computer slows down.

This is the director PC (in terms of HW is the best PC). The 4980 is integrated with Outlook and. Pst weighs more than 5GB. My question is, might be the size of the PST? It make sense to the troughput?

I still have the same problem with this PC. Now I've noticed that what happens is that the 4980 process consumes increasingly more and more RAM, until it reaches 1.5 GB and the computer slows down.

Someone who happened the same (4980 consumes more and more memory...)? on others computers consume less than 10Mb.

Check the latest Doc from BPWS. This is a common problem & Alcatel have fix it in the new release.
