4980 WebSoftPhone with Firefox directly?

Hello,

If I copy the URL from IE to Firefox, then works the WebSoftPhone.
Is there a way to activate this directly.

The URL that I copy from IE to Firefox:

I have MyICS 8400 Rev. 6.0

Hi there, I have tried the same work like you said but I still it doesn’t work. I have enabled the Block pop-up but still don’t work, I have even uninstalled and reinstall the firefox and even updated it, what is the problem here, and I can copy the URL to open in firefox.
