ALU TAPI and Windows 7

Hello,
Want to play with ALU TAPI Premium sever.
Install TAPI server (v3_3_4) on PC with Windows 7 (installation "TAPI stand-alone").
When start ALU Tapi client server management - button "ALU Service Provider Management" inactive.
(looks like was installed just TAPI client).
Question - Have some one info about compatibility Windows 7 and ALU TAPI Premium sever?
In doc nothing about Vista, W7, 2008 server.

Control panel/ Phone and Modem - advanced - was added ALU 4400 TAPI Premium server. Now button "ALU Service Provider Management" active. But when managed OXE - ACAPI server not started. From log
