Place a applicatve softkey in the telephonic menu

Dear all,
Iam trying to work with Alcatel Ip touch phones 4068 model. I want to create an application using XML where the application can be made available fro the user as an telephonic softkey (I.e. when there is an incoming or an outgoing call making the application available in the telephonic menu instead of putting it under the menu tab of the ip phone).

If there is any help which can be provided on this is really appreciable.
