XML-API + OXO

Hello,
I´m trying to install the XML-webservices to use them on my 4068 connected to an OXO R7.1.

The installation of the XML-services is ok, I choose OXO and gave the correct name of the oxo in the WebAdmin.

But when I create a new user the XML shows a message that the user (e.g. 132) can´t be found on the OTS.

What is my problem? Must I create some CTI-lines in the OTS? If yes, which type of line is the right one?
