Thanks but it hasn't solved the issue. I tried all tones and didn't find the one. Tried ua as well. This message tone rings even when the set is on DND.

After months of troubleshooting with the local vendor and alcatel, I found the solution to this problem.

There is an option under SIP extension->Phose COS

" Send NOTIFY instead of MESSAGE " change to YES and your phones will not get the messages "you are in the group"

I was if the same problem with SIP phones, messages "You are in the group". Hakuna you are A GOD thank you.
