override DND & Clear Call Logs on Check out

Helllo

I have a strange request because these features should be part of the system but unable to figure out how:

When guest checkin the names and features activate correctly and wakup calls work too but i have two major issues:
1- Upon checkout the calls logs need to clear and they dont. also need to deactivate DND
2- Wakeup calls fail because guest put the phone in DND. how to override bypass dnd for wakeup calls

Phones Alcatel 8001
OMNIPCX v12.0.1709

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you using OmniPCX OXE or OXO ?
