Message waiting led continously lit on the check-out rooms

Hello everyone ,
One of our hotel customer has message waiting indicator problem on the room extensions . When the guests checkout the room without deleting voice messages , the message led indicator is blinking continously . Eventhough there wasn't any voicemail box related checkouted room on the VM4635 after the checkout , if we checked the VM4635 . If we do manually memory reinitialise the extension on the mgr menu ( the room is checkout and the MW led is blinking ) , the message waiting led is stops blinking. There is no problem if the guests listen their messages and deleted them before checkout . Is there anyone have the same issue before clearing this problem . I need your urgent replies .
