Call Barring tracking

Guest Check-in and Room extension change to allow outgoing call, Guest doesn't pay deposit and front office request Attendant to block the room extension to make outgoing call. My question is... is there anyway to trace the attendant do the job to change the barring category of the extension? any log file with date and time?
