we installed OXE release 11.0 in the hotel configuration.
we integrated AHL over IP and which is posting the call accounting tickets also. Now, the problem is the PMS guy is asking to change the SMDR identification character as "J".
in the AHL document, it is mentioned that the SMDR identification can be changed according to the hotel management request. but, not mentioned that how to change..
currently the SMDR is posting with character "K" as given below. could someone help me that how can we change this character in SMDR posting?
