Easiest and Best way to use metering with an OXO and a SIP Trunk?!

Dear OXO-Specialists,

before we changed to a SIP Trunk we used ISDN and the integrated Metering in our OXO for guest rooms. The charges were read over the telephones (Hotel Button) and also the rooms were checked in/out manually. This worked pretty fine as there was no need for extra Software like 4760. Now we don't get metering pulses and our distributor told us we would need an OmniVista for the charging.

Are there any other possibilities? We only need the total amount of the charges and no detailed informations of the called numbers duration etc and it should be quite simple to use... What would you recommend?
