Error in checkin in AHL

Hi,

there is an installation that has an Alcatel OXO connect 3 system and some analog guest room phones and some basic sip phones.
The PMS(Fidelio) that is connected to PBX through IP O.L.D driver does the check-in process just fine in the analog phones but it doesn't in sip.
In the log i get the following error

From the main console I can check-in all the phones just fine, but from the PMS
Anyway thoughts on the above ?

There might be some restrictions with basic SIP devices. For comparaison the Vtech SIP phones are only supported since OXO Connect R3 and the wake up call is not supported. They also need two licenses (1 UTL & 1 OpenSIP)

Ok because the admin here did not approved fast enough the message I gave up looking here.
Anyway the problem was very simple. Because voicemail mailbox is not supported in any sip extension you have to disable it completely in OXO Connect.
Also keep in mind that almost ALL PMS do not support more than 4 digit device password!
