TSAPI - Citrix Xenapp 6.5

Hi Everybosy,

I xould like implement Mirage CTI connector for Salesforce.

This solution work with TSAPI driver. I checked, tsapi driver is supported for my OS.

But EndUser environment built on Citrix Xenapp 6.5.

Do you know if Alcatel TSAPI/TAPI supported on Citrix environment ?

For TAPI the answer is clear: not supported (see bellow extracted from the last Release Notes).

Citrix and Microsoft Terminal Server environments
Tapi Server is not fully compatible with these environments: the call control is operational, but the
administration Windows account / Telephone line is not supported.

For TSAPI, that should work even If I did not see any official validation...
