Intergration with Exchange server 2010

I have installed ECS fax server with Exchange server 2003. Recently, the customer upgraded the mail server to Exchange server 2010. Since then I am not receiving faxes in Outlook. I am also not getting acknowledgement for faxes sent from Outlook.
