Problem with new user account

Hello,

I've created as usual a new e-mail address for a colleague in my business ECS.
The probleme is that inside the company the e-mail adress works, but from outside to inside the company, the sender receipt this message :
Error Type: SMTP
Remote server (194.2.0.84) issued an error.
RCPT TO:<*****@***.com>
Remote server replied: 510 5.1.0 User unknown.

The 58 email adresses work, not the 59th...very annoying...

An idea anyone?

Hi

have you tried open one more new e-mail adress? Is it working ?
