SMTP ISSUES

HI, i think i have some security problem with the e-mail server on ECS. i had recieved the daily reports and i see so many e-mail send but ofcourse i know that the real company e-mail sends are not too much, so i think it is hacked and used for sending spam from the internet. Can any one lead me how to configure the ECS to make it very secure and avoid sending spam from hacker?...I'll attached the report named before.

Do you have antispam and antivirus licenses on your ECS activated?

So, do you use them? Try to detail your config.
If ECS is well configured maybe you should talk to Karsperski and the guys covering antispam (don't remember their name now) and see if they have patches for your problem.
