can't playback the interaction through playback portal

i can't playback via playback portal menu from converison xmedia

any input about this?

Never seen it in action. We are also interested in this solution as NICE is not able to provide database upgrade from one major release to the other... (or it does via PS however discourages any client in doing so...)

we have successfully upgrade NIce release 3.0 to Nice perform 3.2 and then nice perform 3.2 to nice interaction management.
And we Conversion with xmedia. but when restore DB from result conversion xmedia to playback portal db still some error
