Just to Let you Know about NICE IP DR Link Recording Lock 130

:pJust ot advise all of you out there that with the NICE Call Recording IP DR LInk to record all IP sets on OXE, you must have Lock 130 set to 1.
I know ACSE's are aware but I encountered an issue last night that ACTIS has a fault. If you try to set on the OPS Lock 130 to 1 (NICE IP Recording) the ACTIS program automatically pumps it out as 2 (Other IP Recording)

This can cause issues when the NICE system uses Lock 334 to Enable concurrent IP recording.

You have to Log an SR with ALU TSS and have the Licensing team in France change it. The Licensing team has advised that ACTIS is at fault.

Once changed, the OPS shows on the system Lock 130 set to 1, however when you load that OPS into ACTIS it comes up with Lock 130 set to 2.

So be careful, you have been advised :p
