Nice OXE integration

Hi all,
I will install Nice Perform eXpress 3 with OXE 10 with call center and I would like to know how it works.
I had some problems with Nice in other implementations with headset phones (agents phones) and I would like to know if someone already test this integration.
I will appreciate if someone could answer following questions:

If I use CTI integration, NPX start and stop to record using CTI information or it based only on line "energy" level? (I detect big problems with Nortel switchs)
If I use Line Signalling, NPX identifies correctly D-Channel messages to start and finish to record digital phones? (I detect big problems with Nortel switchs)
Someone could try to record phones with headsets, how it works? (I detect big problems with Nortel switchs)
