Nice perform express

Hello:

I am doing the integration (Oxe side) between a NICE perform express 3.0.12 and an OXE R8.0 with IP Dr-Link. Presales gave me new OPS with licenses 130 (1) and 334(25). I did all the configuration and installed the Tsapi server. NICE support gets the voice and the extension number. But they need the calling/called party number. They also showed me the following log:
