Internal error

Hi guys,

I have an issue, i have an OTBE 1.2 and download My Instant Communicator at http://@IP_ECS/my_instant_communicator_update/MyInstantCommunicator.msi it's version 5.2.006.110

But i can't open the application i always have this message "An internal error occurred during execution" and when I o to setting I only have 5 settings:

- Start
- Search/Call box
- Desktop Alert
- Notifications window
- Update
