License doubt and max calls via trunk sip with OXE. Omnitouch 8440 MS

Hello all,

we have ICS 6.7.300. One of our contractor installed the system 3 years ago. We use ICS for attendant (automatic menus with voice guide).

We need to know (our training is... very basic): how many simultaneous calls can be used at the same time between ICS and OXE via the trunk sip?

in OXE we have 62 channels configured in the trunk and we see more than 26 sometimes (you will understand why 26 is the number we focus on)

In ICS we have, in the sip-server configuration file:

Under administration web->configuration->aplications->Messaging Services AA-> we have 80 attendants.

Under reporting->license we have this:

The contractor told us "you have 26 license for attendants" what match with the "Users of ACTIS_MS_ADD_TTS" viewed with lmstat -a, but it says no 0 of 26 used.

So our doubt is: what licenses we have? how is our limit of "simultaneous calls" between oxe and ICS acording with this info?

Check on the OXE, spadmin command, option 2 and then search for SIP network links.
That is max sip calls for OXE.

On ICS side 107 licenses for Vxml from which max TTS spoken at same time is 27.
So, if all your AA are just TTS then that is your limit. I would modifiy them to be based on Wav files instead.
