Hi all,

I have some problem configuring the PRS (Presentation Server) on my A8440 voicemail system.

I think i have configured it correclty (as said on the documentation) but on the CallServer the service doesn't start :

Terminal type access values : 'T': TDM only, 'I': IP only, 'X': Both.


You can see that Application with uid = 12 keeps on state "UNINSTALLED".
I also have many incident number = 425 : PRS related activity : Loss of link (see below)

My configuration :

- CallServer = R9.0 h1.301.31c
- A8440 = 6.1.000.103.c
- On PRS's configuration on A8440 system :
- Index = 1
- URL parameter = action=Register
- Register URL = http://@IP_of_voicemail/eccnoe/mymessaging

I saw on logs that it seems to be a licence problem, what kind of License do I need to have the PRS service?

Thanks for your reply!

I managed to get from ALCATEL sales the XML IPTOUCH licences on OT8440 (see alcotuc file).
Since installation of them i don't have any licences errors alarms on 8440 (see attached logs).
But the problem is still here, On the Call Server I have many incident type 425 : "PRS Loss of link" and "Link established" (see logs attached).

Could someone help on this?
I've already restarted the Voicemail and the CallServer several times but the "Messaging" application doesn't show up on IP Touch.

#1: This is I think "normal" not sure, will have to check mine tomorrow
