Target Type when forwarding

Hello,

I was checking the possibilities to forward a phone using the AlcPhoneSetProgramming WS.

I found that in the method setForwardStateRequest there is a cryptic Target type called ROUTING_SERVICE.

Do you know what is the use of this kind of forwarding?
