When I add a new phone extension with a new voicemail, everything works but the user cannot transfer a voicemail or nobody can transfer to them a message. We have the licensing and we are using the 8440, the original mailboxes have no issue but the new ones it doesn't recognize the name nor the number when doing a lookup on the phone to transfer a voicemail. Does anyone have any suggestions?
I put both the phone extension and the voicemail configuration in for the new phone. The biggest problem is the phone is not recognized by the voicemail as existing. So not sure what needs either to be turned on or sync'd but something strange is going on
