Messages playback issue

Hi all,

OXE is R10.1.1 j2.603.29b with G729 compression and 8440MS is 6.7.
When I leave a message in an extension's mailbox, I can only record a few seconds (approx. 4 seconds) before the call ends automatically.
The extension LED is blinking thought. I can read the message but when I look at the details, the message's duration is 0:00:00 and when I try to play it, I hear nothing.
No problems with TUI and greetings recording.

I already tried a double bascul and 8440MS server reboot.
Do you have any ideas? Thanks !

i think a sip trace will be a helpful informationbase.

SIP traces sent to Alcatel's dev team. Until now, they can't solve the problem.
