How to reset VM8440 Admin P/W?

Hello,
Recently took over a site, I had nothing to do with the install and day to day running of this site, client asked me to look at some issues and minor work they need done.
They have the handover document containing all the OTUC/OXE info but dont have the 8440 web admin password, does anyone know how to reset it please?
Also looking to extend personal greetings length time, believe this is done through this web portal?
