Failed to distribute to mail address ( error 74554 )

Hi Everyone,

Please help,
Did anyone have same problem like this one :

Type Destination Error Code Error Message Gateway Sender Name
User email cs@company.com 74554 A permanent error was returned by the external mail server. SmtpGateway on hil-jams-s080 Fax System

i already try to telnet smtp address from 8450 fax server and there's no problem.
