Hi,

I have an OTBE server with OFS 7.0. It was working fine, suddenly I got error while login fax user (screen shot attached). when I login to the OTBE I have found the disk space issue.
I removed unwanted files and make around 20 GB free. after that I have restarted Tomcat,xmservices. but I am getting the same error. When I restart my OTBE server the login page appear for 2 mins and again showing the same error.

Please advice.

i've had a similar issue last time on a BICS.
there were some files with filesize 0kb after this issue...
issue was solved after restoration of the full virtual machine and the last backup.
