Changing the way myteamwork call partners

When we start a conference using a group My teamwork call patners one by one. The next partner is only called when the previous answer the phone.
Is there a way to change it?
Is there a way to the ring be sent to all participants at the sametime?
I need that all participants be called at the same time or at least change the need of the previous participant answer the phone to My teamwork call the next.
