Myteamwork with Windows 7 User

Post by Raguel »

We installed a stand-a-lone myteamwork server without integration with PABX.
Everything work fine, instant messaging, Audio conference, video conference. All the features mentioned above is working after user first login their myteamwork and configure their video Cam and headset properly.

However, I found that there is some problem for Windows 7 users. Some of our Windows 7 users configured the video device and headset device setting and then log-out. After log-in again, they found that the video and headset device setting restore to default (i.e. select automatically).
Not all windows 7 user encounter this issue but some of them did. And I cannot figured out which Internet Explorer settings induce to this problem..

Anyone encounter this problem before????
The IE use in Windows 7 is IE 8. Ad we didnt encounter this problem in Win XP users.

You need to upgrade to the latest MTW version.
ALU is lagging behind in Win7/IE8,9 clients support.
