MTW End Call causes

Hi
Is there any document which gives the meaning of the end call causes for causes starting with 4.
I'm getting call dropped cause
status:(4) dropped - cause: (40028) THS_CAUSE_REQUESTED_BY: FQDN from eDial WCCS.URL.conference1 9.1.0b7154.
I checked the TP240dvr logs and it shows BYE sent from MTW to OXE. But Couldn't find the reason as why BYE was sent from MTW.
Can somebody help here.
