Monitel error

Hi,

When I send a dialer2.0 command to H323 destination, I don't receive the call, but it generates a monitel error :

1681=Monitel: Applicative error, type 11, info -30747, -1

The Tracing tool log is:

MON_Receive_A_Physical_Event: Bad id=-30747 e->type=1

With a TCPDUMP, there is no UDP packet between IpPhone and CallServer.

But the ipphone is working.

How can I solve this problem? (OXE R8.0.1)
