ipview not working

what's software requirement to run ipview? at my laptop with windows XP sp2 after installation ipview do nothing - no splash screen, no creation of ini file, no open screen like on screenshot... what thing make such strange behavior? any idea?

That's strange. There is no special hardware or software needed. The only hardware depending thing is the Ticket count, more memory, more tickets you can view or handle at the same time.
You get no error message when you start it? Did you have an special Antivirus or something? Can you check to start it as local administrator or something.
Does it starts direct after installing it via the Installer?

no... no warnings, no blue screen of death. nothing. by the way at home PC it start directly after installation...XP was installed from same CD. i'll do some checking tomorrow. possibly, if nothing is installed in system, i'll copy working installation directory and make it "portable"?

no problem, only in the ini file are some informations stored.
but be carefull of addressbook entrys, they are not usable on an other machine.
they are crypted with a machineid, because of securitry reasons

what was a virus issue... after cure all works just fine. beware of virus!!!
