Re: signaling on PCM2 board
OPS-FS - kind of subscriber mux signalling (kind of RSU). Alcatel 4400/OXE supports it only for IVR connection. IMHO it is no use trying to connect to OXE with this protocol but at least you can try.
Look at this good explanation.

Re: signaling on PCM2 board
After some researches, i've found that this is only good way to have cheap and functional IVR connection. Even for QSIG on PRA link there is additional license involved...
SIP trunking is not very good at this point (oxe rel 8.0).
If someone has some extra docs, about ops-fs please share it Maybe for dialogic cards?

Re: signaling on PCM2 board
have only ever used pcm2 boards for IVR. to connect a pcm circuit you can use dpt1 boards they appear like 24 analog trunks although i have only ever seen them in india and they are a pain to work on.
Saying that you should be able to get it to work as long as your far end can understand the correct linecode/cas signalling

Re: signaling on PCM2 board
I need to know which command to use to monitor the performance of the incoming frame to the PCM2 board

Your PBX - OXO or OXE? You ask in OXO and OXE forum at the same time.
Explain your problem:
- signalling R2, R1.5, tie-line,
- do you have some alarm LED indication etc.
