INT-IP2 board wont startup

Post by gnuttisch »

Hi,

I got an int-ip2 board that dont want to start up, if I replace the slot whit another int-ip2 board it works, so it has to be an board issue.

Anyone who has any idea? The board just keep resetting its self.

Hello,
is it an INTIP-A or an INTIP-B/IOIP
Compare the Jumpers on the Board?
Are they identical?

you can use the PC Installer and select the GD/GA binary instead of the Linux + call handling .
and when the second window opens , select intip2 over there.

then you will need to install the Omni PCX Installer of the Release 9 or 8 .

As presently it must be of R 11 , and INTIP2 is obsolete from R 11 , so I suppose there will be no option to select INTIP2.

Are You using MAC address checkong in OXE? If YES, then You need to change MAC in shelf/board/Ethernet level.
