If you are getting an access denied message when trying to run the Alcatel lucent OmniPCX system docs just copy the CD to your harddrive and then run the following batch file then open the loaddoc.exe.


… \Apache\system\access_all.bat

I have this problem on R9.1 system document,I tried with firefox and IE it solved with your advice thanks dude.

Problem is fixed with this also you may want to right click on loaddoc.exe and pick compatibilty as Windows XP SP2 and run as anadministrator
