IP Phone out of service error codes

I know at one time i had two documents, one that outlined the error codes for the old 4012/4022/4037 IP phones and one for the new IPTouch phones. The error were for when you were booting up the phone. Like where 1.02 typically means no network connection, etc. I have hunted and hunted and can't find my docs on this and can't find it on the site here or in the system docs. Maybe it's because i'm using the wrong keywords to search. Any suggestion where i can find those two docs?
