That s mean that I can download free update for R7.1 to R9.0? Where, and what is BPWS ? Sorry, I don t know and thank you. Please, if you have some link to help me that will be great and send me.

Just take newest version 2.26 from OXE SW R9.1 patch 13, \pcmao\boot_res\pcinstaller and You will be able to use it for OXE R7.1 and R9 load.
