NEED HELP - Logical Link Control Protocol For Alcatel Lower Layer

Dear All,

I need help.... I need to install NMS software (1352CM)... the problem is my network connection has no the protocol (Logical link Control Protocol for Alcatel Lower Layer).... what should i do to install the protocol?? where should i go to get the software? I can't get it from the CDs....

are you talking about the logical link control for the data gear ?
